Our tea comes from the gardens of the Darjeeling region (India). It is an organically grown tea from the first harvest (1st Flush).

Its infusion displays a golden amber color, with a light and fresh flavor and very pleasant floral notes.

FTGFOP “Fine Tippy Golden Broken Orange Pekoe” — Among tea connoisseurs, there is a playful saying that the acronym FTGFOP means “Far Too Good For Ordinary People.” In fact, the acronym indicates that the tea is produced only on the finest plantations, using exclusively the best leaves. The number 1 means that only the very best of the best leaves are selected for this tea.

Storage of Darjeeling FTGFOP-1 Tea

Darjeeling FTGFOP-1 tea should be stored away from light, air, humidity, odors, and heat in order to preserve and maintain its sensory qualities.

There is nothing better than a metal tin for storing it.

Water temperature: 100º
Infusion time: 2–4 minutes.
Recommended amount: 1 teaspoon per person. Approx. 2 g per cup.
