Ingredients:
Potatoes (34%), beets (21%), fresh cabbage (14%), pork mince (8%), onion, carrot, fresh herbs, pork fat, bell pepper, chicken eggs, refined sunflower oil, tomato pulp, white crystalline sugar, vinegar (9%), kitchen salt, ground black pepper.

Shelf life and storage conditions:
90 days at a temperature not exceeding 18°C. During the summer period, it is recommended to transfer to thermal bags.
Cooking method:
In 2.5 liters of boiling water, add the mixture (potatoes, cabbage, greens, and meatballs), cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Then add the carrot sauté and cook for another 15 minutes, then add the beet sauté and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. In total, cook the borscht for 45-50 minutes. Let it steep. Not suitable for refreezing.
