Pancakes (crepes) with cherries and chocolate

Ingredients:

Cow’s milk (34%), frozen cherry (16%), chocolate paste (14%), premium wheat flour (11%), chicken eggs (11%), walnuts, cream butter, corn flour (2%), thickener, crystalline white sugar, cocoa powder, kitchen salt.

Shelf life and storage conditions:

At a temperature not exceeding -18°C. In the summer period, it is recommended to transfer in thermal packages.

Cooking method:

Thaw the pancakes at room temperature and fry them in vegetable oil (cream butter) in a preheated skillet over low heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown on both sides. Do not refreeze.
