Khinkali originals with beef
Ingredients:
Beef (38%), wheat flour of the highest grade (26%), filtered drinking water (23%), onion, beef fat, table salt, “Baharat” seasoning (ground black pepper, aromatic pepper, turmeric, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, paprika), fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley), potato starch.

Shelf life and storage conditions:
90 days at a temperature not exceeding -18°C. In the summer, it is recommended to store in thermal packs.
Cooking method:
Place frozen khinkali in boiling water (6 pieces of khinkali per 2 liters of water). Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for 12-15 minutes. Remove the cooked khinkali from the water. It is best eaten by holding the “tail” with hands. Do not refreeze.
