Argentine fish fillet (72%), wheat bread, onion, drinking water, breadcrumbs, kitchen salt, ground black pepper.

Shelf life and storage conditions:
90 days at a temperature not exceeding -18°C. In the summer period, it is recommended to store in thermal bags.
Cooking method:
Fry frozen cutlets in vegetable oil (or butter) in a preheated pan (covered) over low heat, turning periodically, or place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Do not refreeze.
