Ingredients:
Semi-fat pork (64%), pork fat (18%), drinking water, dried garlic, mustard seeds, natural casing, kitchen salt, ground black pepper.

Shelf life and storage conditions:
At a temperature not exceeding -18°C. During the summer period, it is recommended to transfer to thermal bags.
Cooking method:
Thaw the sausage in the refrigerator, oven, or microwave with the “defrost” function. Fry in vegetable oil (animal fat), in a preheated skillet (covered) over low heat, turning periodically, or place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Do not refreeze.
