Ingredients:

Potatoes (49%), pork mince (18%), carrot, onion, pork fat, fresh herbs, chicken eggs, table salt, black ground pepper.

Shelf life and storage conditions:

90 days at a temperature not exceeding 18°C. During the summer period, it is recommended to transfer to thermal bags.

Cooking method:

Add 1 kg of mixture to two liters of boiling water, bring to a boil, and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Salt, pepper to taste, optionally add bay leaf. Not suitable for refreezing.
