Rooibos is a shrub exclusive to South Africa. Also known as Red Tea due to its color, Rooibos should not be confused with Red Pu Erh Tea (Camellia sinensis<\/em>). Rooibos tea contains no caffeine and can therefore be consumed by anyone. It does not become bitter even if left to infuse for a long time. Our Rooibos has a high concentration of flavonoids, making it a powerful detox ingredient for those who want to lose weight. After training, Rooibos tea is an excellent ally in recovering from micro-injuries, as well as helping with hydration and strengthening the immune system.<\/p>\n
Cinnamon is a woody spice with a warm flavor originating from Sri Lanka, in the south of the Asian continent. Through maritime and land discoveries, cinnamon spread to various regions of the world. Known for releasing positive energies through its intense aroma, cinnamon is a classic spice that quickly infuses teas and culinary dishes. Cinnamon can be used as sticks or ground, without loss of flavor. When produced sustainably, cinnamon may take about 20 years to fully develop its oils. Its spicy taste is close to that of cloves.<\/p>\n
Infusion time:<\/strong> 3 to 5 minutes.
Recommended amount:<\/strong> 1 teaspoon per person. Approx. 2 g per cup.
Preparation method:<\/strong> Place 1 teaspoon in previously boiled water. Cover and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, strain and the tea is ready to drink, hot or cold.
